Your annual renewal payment is due on or before your renewal anniversary date. If payment in full is not received by your due date, your membership will automatically terminate. Once terminated, you will need to purchase a new membership to continue accessing our clubs and services.

Yes. Friends or guests (18 or over, or 12 years old with a parent/guardian) should set up their free 3-day pass at globalgymdoha.com before they come. If you are a member and have an active Buddy Pass, simply bring them with you to the club. Your buddy will need to arrive at the club with you and show a photo ID at the front desk. A team member will assist them in completing our guest check-in process.

We follow state and local government requirements and recommendations to keep our clubs safe and open for you. Given the fluid nature of their combined guidance, our in-club protocols continue to evolve – we recommend calling or checking the web page of your local club for the latest guidelines in your area.
The following are some steps Global GYM is taking to help ensure a club environment with the health and safety of our team and members in mind:

  • We make sure that club assistant wipe down any fitness equipment before and after workouts.
  • Take advantage of Touch-Free Club Check-in when you arrive at the club.
  • Signage at the club exterior and throughout the club’s interior reminds members and our team members of important safety protocols.
  • Studio class reservations are required to help keep classes at a safe and comfortable capacity.

During the week, we are open from 6 a.m. to 12.00 p.m midnight except on Friday. On Friday, we are open from 5.00 p.m. to 10.00 p.m evening.

All of our locations allow one-day access for members via a “day-use” fee. Please contact the club you wish to visit for details and to find out the current fee for that location.

Memberships can be transferred from one person to another, and to family member to another.

Yes, you can add friends, family members and/or children (children ages 12-18) to your membership* while you are enrolling online or in club. You may add up to 6 family or friends to your membership.

Passes good at multiple locations. User must not have been a guest or member of Global GYM within the last 6 months. Photo ID required. Local residents only. Must be at least 18 years old (19 in NE) or 12 with parent. Please see club for more details.

No, your Global Gym Account login information, Global Gym Fitness App login information and check-in codes will all remain the same unless you make a request to update them.

Global GYM does not offer childcare.

Your new agreement will be valid immediately; however, it may not show in our system until the next day. If you wish to use your membership at a different club the day of your purchase, please bring a copy of your new agreement with you to the club to ensure access.

Cancellation within 7 days of initial purchase:
You are entitled to a 7 day cooling off period, meaning that if you notify Global GYM within 7 days of your initial purchase , you will receive a full refund. To understand the details of your cancellation period, please review your membership agreement carefully.

Now you can make changes to your membership online by logging into Global Gym and opening the My Account menu on the upper-right. Select Change Membership to select a new home club, add Regional or National access, or choose an entirely different membership. Have questions? Taking photos or filming of others is not permitted without their prior knowledge and consent, and under no circumstances is any photography or filming permitted within the locker room, steam room, or sauna areas.

Cardless check-in.

Yes. Global GYM encourages members to bring friends and family to work out with them. You can get a free 3-day guest pass at your club or by clicking here. Or, if you’d like to bring a guest with you every time you work out, ask about adding a Buddy Pass to your membership. Guests and buddies must be over 18 or 12 years old with a parent/guardian, and must show a valid photo ID and sign a release form prior to using the club. Local residency required for guest pass usage. For additional information, please contact your club.

If you purchase personal training online, you will receive a call within 2-3 days to schedule your first personal training session. However, if you would like to get started sooner, please feel free to call or visit the club.

If you would like to change your club but keep your current membership, please come visit us in club.

To be courteous to all members, we ask that you please not linger on the equipment as other members may be waiting to use that equipment. Please try not to monopolize the equipment or weights. If there is a sign-up sheet for the use of certain pieces of equipment and/or a maximum time limit, please follow them. Should any conflicts arise over equipment use, please let Global GYM management resolve them.

Get to know the coaches at your club by browsing their bios in the Global Gym Fitness Website. You can also talk to the Fitness Manager at your club about finding the right coach to meet your needs.
*Note that when you purchase a personal/group training program, the services of an individual Fitness Coach are subject to availability. If the requested coach is not available, another coach will be assigned. Member is not entitled to a refund if the requested coach is not available.

You must cancel a scheduled personal training session 24 hours in advance. If you don’t show up, are more than 15 minutes late, or you cancel your session less than 24 hours before your appointment, you will be charged for the session. If you are unable to keep an appointment, please contact your coach or the club to reschedule.

Generally, a membership freeze is set for a pre-determined amount of time. As such, the freeze will automatically end at the designated time, at which point your account will reactivate and your membership dues billing will resume as usual. If you would like to end the freeze earlier, please contact your local club.

What if my company has a special arrangement with Global GYM?

We do offer corporate group rates for employers. The best way to find out if we have a corporate program with your company is to check with your HR department or contact your local club. To find the club nearest you, please use our global gym website

Your club access will depend on the membership you select. If you purchase a Silver membership, you will have access to the cardio and weights areas of your club of enrollment only. If you purchase a Gold membership, you will have access to all clubs within your designated region; Platinum memberships include access to all Global GYM clubs. You can see a list of clubs in your region when you select “Regional Membership” during your online purchase.
Memberships based on club type (Active, Sport, Super-Sport, etc) are no longer available for purchase.

If your assigned fitness coach is no longer available to conduct any or all of your sessions, we will help you find an alternate coach.

For group training no refund, and Personal training can not be cancelled but can be adjusted against membership.

For prepaid memberships (sold prior to 2010) that include optional annual renewal, payment is due before the “next annual renewal date” listed on your membership agreement. A notice will be emailed to you before your due date. If we do not have a valid email address on file, your notice will be mailed. To ensure timely delivery, please verify that your address is correct, either online through Global Gym, or contact your club.

By scanning your finger, we chart the distance between a few distinct points that are unique to you and come up with an identifying number based on those distances. We do not store your fingerprints, nor can the data we store be re-created into a fingerprint image. Additionally, we do not sell, lease, rent, trade or otherwise transfer the data collected by the Cardless Check-In system to any third parties. Your identifying number and 10-digit check-in code are automatically deleted when your membership is terminated in our systems, or may be deleted at any time upon written request.
Bringing in an original photo ID*. You are not required to enroll in the cardless check-in system, but if you choose not to do so, you will need an original photo ID* to access your club.
*Photo IDs can be an original driver’s license, state ID, student ID, Qatar ID or passport.

  • Platinum memberships have access to all Global GYM ® clubs.
  • Gold memberships have access to all Global GYM ® clubs within your selected region
  • Silver memberships (where available) allow access the cardio equipment and weights in the one club you have chosen.

To check the current price for any of our memberships, use the Club Finder to select the club you’d like to join and click Join Now to review your options. Or, you can visit a club and talk to a team member about the membership option that’s right for you.

You may request a hold if your membership is active and you are a member in good standing.
Freezes may be available if one of the following factors apply:
Medical- a temporary medical situation which renders you unable to use the club for a specified amount of time.
Work Transfer – a temporary out-of-area work transfer that takes you more than 25 miles from a Global GYM facility.

All current service agreements will be automatically transferred to your new membership agreement, including personal or group training agreements and Buddy Passes. You will be able to use your training sessions at any Global GYM club that you have access to within your new agreement.

You may add an unlimited number of buddies to your List of Buddies in our system and arrive with someone new whenever you like. However, you many only check-in with as many buddies as you have agreements for – if you’d like to bring two friends at once, you will need to purchase two Buddy Pass agreements.

A Buddy Pass allows you to bring a friend with you each time you come to the club, whether it’s the same person or someone new each time. With Buddy Passes, you must be present for your buddies to access the club. Ask a team member in club for more information.

Minors under 12 may not use any Global GYM facilities. Minors under 12 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times whenever they are in a club, unless the minor is participating in a Global GYM-approved youth program. If your minor child does not behave, we may ask you to make other arrangements. Global GYM does not allow children over six years old in the opposite sex locker rooms.

As a courtesy to other guests, you must have a towel with you during workouts to protect and wipe down the machines you use.

Each Global GYM location has a page on our web site that lists the club type and amenities that are available at that club. To find clubs near your home or office, you can use the Club Finder on our web site.

Be sure your buddy arrives at the club with you and brings a photo ID upon the first visit, as they will be asked to present it to a team member to check-in.

Yes, you can transfer unused personal training sessions to another Global GYM location. Please contact your club for additional information.

For the health and safety of all our members, we ask that you rinse off in the shower prior to entering any of the wet areas.
